Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item in the mail to request a return.

Initiating A Return
To start a return, you can contact us at support@covingtonouterwear.com. Please provide your order number and the reason you would like to make a return. In general, returns will fall under one of two categories:

Damaged, Defective Item, Wrong Item Recevied
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Covington Outerwear will cover any costs associated with the return shipping price in this category.

Customer Choice
If you are simply not happy with your purchase and would like a refund or store credit, you will need to ship back your order to our US warehouse with the courier of your choice. We do not provide return shipping labels. Once your return is verified as received by our warehouse logistics unit, we will process your refund!

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. The exact amount of time it takes depends on your particular bank/payment processor.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you have not yet seen it credited to your account, please contact us at support@covingtonouterwear.com.
